My Complicate Life ♥

Today was a "messenging" day for me. By right, i was supposed to visit Geok Shan this morning. However, due to some constraint, i could not go to her house. She was very stubborn as she insisted on going to work even when she was not feeling well. As i read her blog and found out that she went out with her friends yesterday despite her swollen eyes, i felt that since she could go out means she was not as serious as i thought, hence i did not insist on her staying at home. I "sticked" to the computer the whole day and chatted with a lot of friends from Taiwan and China. At night, i chatted with Geok Shan again. We fixed on a date to go to the Zoo together. I was very excited as i have always wanted to go to Zoo. I chatted with Kim Liong also. I invited him to come with my and Geok Shan to the Zoo and he said okay. I wanted to invite Pearlyn too but as it was late, i decided to call her tomorrow instead. I also chatted with Connie and asked her to teach me knitting. I want to knit something as a present for my mother as Mothers' Day present. However, this brings another problem also, because my mother's birthday is one month after Mothers' Day and i did not know what else to give her then. However, i believe that i will figure out something somehow. XD

Today was a short day for me. First thing when i woke up, i realised that Geok Shan sent me a message. She had swollen eyes and wanted to borrow money to see doctor. However, i replied like 3 hours later. So sorry about that sister! I hope you are better now! My mother brought me to a warehouse book sales at Singapore Expo after lunch. The exhibition area was not very big, but there was a wide variety of books. As it was the last day for the book sales, the choices became limited for each section. We walked around a little and bought some stationeries as well as three story books. The purchases were MUCH lesser than what i had in mind and as compared to last time, but i guess that was good enough for now. After that, we went back to Tampines and had a bite at Century Square food court. After that, we went to "Shop And Save" to buy tea and walked around the place a little. We went to the night market next to Century Square to buy Cup Corn to eat along the way. Met Richard at the store. After that, we went home.

Two days never post anything, so today post will be on these two days. However, i don't think it will be slightly shorter as my posts are always long. According to Geok Shan, a composition entry. However, i don't think it will be any much shorter anyway. Haha

Yesterday, i went to lesson at Somerset at 9.15am. On the train, SMS with Xu Han. Both Xu Han and me were late, but she was even later than me. =.= After i bought coffee still had to wait for five min! We went to classroom together, super embarrassed especially when everyone look at you when you opened the door. The lesson this time round was fun, a lot of calculations to do. During the break, I dragged Xu Han to do with me a homework question that i was stucked at. In the end, the solution was rather stupid and i had already thought of it but though that it impossible to be the solution. Through this, i found out that even stupid answer could be the correct answer. One most important discovery was, THAT WAS ANSWER AT THE BACK (Xu Han told me)! I was dumbstrucked at that point of time. The lesson ended 45 minutes earlier as the teacher completed what was necesary. Although she asked the class if she should continue, no one said "yes" (of course). After lesson, i called my mom and we met at Paya Lebar MRT. We went to eat hotplate at the Kopitiam there. It was not bad, but also not as delicious as expected. We walked around there for a while and went back to Tampines. My mom wanted the eat dessert so we went to Century Square but to find that the store changed into an ice-cream store. This was what happened if i never go out, become outdated. Haha. We went to the night market next to Century Square to walk a bit, my mom bought some T-Shirt and a bag. After that, we went home. I used the computer for a while and went to sleep early.

Today was kind of boring at home. Nothing to do so i slack around. Read up a little and used the computer while my mom do her own work. I chat with Kim Liong through MSN for quite long, until i cannot stand my eyes anymore. I logout and went to sleep after that.

Nothing much happened today. Slack at home the whole day. I read some books which were bought yesterday to pass time. I had Crab today for dinner but i got itch after that. Haha. A little 活该 (serve me right). For those who don't know me, i am allegic to seafood. Use the computer the whole day because my mum is not at home. She went to the church gathering tonight. She came back home around 11.30pm and bought me two sausages from the night market beside the MRT. Haha. She sure knows what i like. =P Chat with Kim Liong through MSN until quite late. His sister needed to use the computer. After that around 3.30am i also go sleep le.

Today is the day whereby my block will have no electricity (again.. it happened last time also) as they will be wiring the cables in the corridors. My mother went to work early in the morning. I woke up around 8.30am to take a shower before the electricity got cut off. Geok Shan and me arranged to meet today at 10am because i really don't want to stay at home without electricity. I called and SMS her at 9am to ask where she want to meet at. However, i didn't receive any reply until 9.30am. Hence, i concluded at SHE WAS STILL SLEEPING! I walked over to her house slowly and by 9.45am i reached her house. I met her mother ouside her door and i was right, she haven't wake up yet. =.= Her mother asked me to go into her room and wake up her. I did but she still refuse to leave her bed. Her mother came in and asked me to scold her, but seriously, i don't think i am in the right position to scold her. haha. She woke up at last and the first thing she do was to switch on the computer. =.= After she wash up, she started to play audition. I go play with Xin Ru instead, because i totally have no interest in audition now. Haha. Geok Shan say that with me around, she can chain better, but i think it is just her, nothing to do with me. Xin Ru pestered me to play Tom & Jerry DVD for her. However, I HAVE TOTALLY NO IDEA HOW GEOK SHAN'S TELEVISION WORKED. No choice, have to go ask her, but she is too engrossed in audition to help me. In the end, i figured it out myself somehow.

After Goek Shan's grandmother came back with her brother, we go to Tampines Mall and watched The Spiderwick Chronicles at 12.50pm slot. The show is very nice, worth the time. After that, we shop a little to buy my laptop case and other stuff. I wanted to but a lanyard for my student card but cannot find a suitable one that i like, so never buy. At around 4pm like that, she go meet her friends at Tampines Interchange and i go take MRT to Chinatown meet my mother. We had Dian Xin for dinner then came back to Tampines. We went to Popular first as she wanted to buy something. After that, we went home to check on the frozen food. Luckily, they were not spoilt.

That is how my day without electricity went. I seriously pray that there wouldn't be another time again. T.T

Today is yet another long day. I don't know why, but i woke up suddenly at 12.30am. After which, i was unable to resume with my beauty sleep. Hence, no choice have to get up. I turned on the computer but could not find anything to do. After browsing some websites randomly, i started to get really bored. When it was 6.30am, my mum went down for exercise and brought back breakfast - roti prata. After i finished eating, i watched Trick 1-3 on the internet until 9.30am and switch to television as my mum desperately needed the computer to do her work. Somehow, one way or another, i dozed off. =.= My mum woke me up at 1pm for lunch. She bought chicken rice as she said she was too lazy to cook. Haha. =D After my lunch, i began to get ready to go to Ngee Ann Polytechnic again. However, before i left, i realised some of the important documents were missing from my envelop. I asked my mum and she said she took it away and kept it in her file. I was fed up at that point of time as she took them without my permission or acknowledgement and punch tons of holes on every piece of paper. Some looks like it had been teared. It was in a very different state compared to yesterday when i brought them back from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. However, as i was in a rush, i did not say much, grab those documents and dash out of the house. I was almost late as the distance from my house to Ngee Ann Polytechnic was very far, and i made a appointment with the IT technicians there at 4pm. However, luckily, i was able to reach there at the nick of time. Phew! The IT technicians helped me download some sort of softwares into my new notebook. It was done in half an hour so i was able to leave Ngee Ann Polytechnic before 5pm.

After that, i went to Plaza Singapura where i was supposed to meet Xu Han for dinner at 5.30pm. However, as her maid had cooked her share, she will be staying at home for dinner and we decided to meet at 6pm instead. I headed to the 6th level Kopitiam and had duck rice for dinner. I walked around aimlessly at Plaza Singapura until 6pm when i went to the entrance to wait for Xu Han. However, she was 28 minutes late. My legs were aching and my arms hurt from carrying the heavy notebook. However, as she was feeling unwell, i excused her. We walked to Kaplan together. As usual, before reaching Kaplan, i would buy a cup of coffee at Centrepoint. It will be my source of energy for the 3 hours lesson. -.~ Before we went for lesson, i went to level 2 to collect my Student Access Card first. The picture of me was horribly taken and totally didn't look like me at all. T.T After that, we went to level 4 for lesson. We were slightly late but did not miss much of the lesson. Thanks God! However, just after i settled down, Geok Shan sent me a SMS and i forgot to switch my phone to silent mode. It was so embarrassing as everyone was staring at me. X( But not before long, everyone's attention went back to the lecture. During the break, Xu Han wanted to go to the toilet so i followed her. To my surprise, every toilet in the whole building was crowded. At that point of time, i even joke and say that "looks like everyone is having bladder problem". We used the toilet at the first level but it was crowded so we had to queue. Just then, Xu Han's sister called her and for some reason, she screamed at her. After that phone call, Xu Han totally lost her voice. =.= She should have controlled herself since she was sick. The lesson went by smoothly and we had lots of practice (and homework T.T). Xu Han forgot her lecture notes so i shared with her. After lesson, we went home together.

The MRT was SUPER crowded and i hated the notebook's existence at that point of time as i had to carry it from Somerset all the way to Tampines. I find it rather stupuid. First from Tampines to Clementi, then Clementi to Dhoby Ghaut, then Dhoby Ghaut to Somerset, and finally Somerset to Tampines. In just one day, the new notebook had travelled so many places. Haha. After i reached Tampines, my mum came to fetch me as she felt insecured having me to walk home alone. However, she was late and i had to wait quite long. She helped me carried my bag while i carried the stupid heavy notebook and we walked home together. Next... i was sitting by the computer typing this post. Haha.

That was the end of my other long long day.

Today was a long and tiring day. I woke up at 6am. T.T To my surprise, i realised that my mother is using the computer in my room. =.= I tried to continue sleeping but in vain, so i get up from bed. My mum go downstairs to buy breakfast at 7.30am. In the meantime, i snatched the computer back. Hehe. -_~ I surfed the computer until 10am and i went to prepared to go out. First, My mum bring me to People's Park, Chinatown where i have to go to the OCBC there to pay for my school fees. I find it rather troublesome and irritating as why they did not set up a booth here at Tampines OCBC. If it is available at Tampines, i don't have to travel all the way to Chinatown. Totally waste of time. After paying the school fees, which took up about half an hour, i went to update my OCBC bank passbook and headed for lunch with my mother. We have a hard time looking for a spot to eat as everywhere is full. I think this is one problem when you go to working estate. Nevertheless, we manage to find an empty spot at the third hawker centre. We ate fish noodles and it was not bad.

After lunch, we took the MRT and went to Ngee Ann Polytechnic for the notebook sales. It was not as crowded as i was expecting. There was a dance performance at the entrance of the convention centre but my mum and i did not stop to watch. We headed directly to the booth selling Acer notebook as we find it a better brand as compared to others. Over there, i heard that Accountancy students are required to bring their notebook 3-4 times per week on an average. That is quite a lot and it means that i will be working on the notebook more often that on papers. After some consideration, we settled with one of the notebook which cost about S$1,605. The notebook has many funtions but i have yet to explore it fully. XD After filling up a form, we move to the basement where we make out payment and collect the notebook. It was more crowded at the basement as many people were busy trying out their new notebook to check for faults and scratches. It took a long time before i managed to collect my brand new laptop. The thumbdrive was out of stock so we have to wait until the people call us before we can collect it. There was one person who came forward and asked my mother if she was interested in buying a notebook insurance. Both my mum and i find that this insurance was rather useless and hence we rejected the offer. As long as i am careful enough, i do not need this insurance at all. After i finished checking the laptop, we left Ngee Ann Polyetchnic.

Next, we went to Dhoby Ghaut. We ate Curry Chicken at Plaza Singapura. It was delicious but i find that the ingredients were too little. After that, we went and take a look at SMU which was nearby. My mum wants me to enter SMU in future but i am still considering as the future is still quite far away. Although it is good to have plans now, but i want to keep a look out at other options as well.

Finally, we went home. Once i reached home, i immediately proceed to charge up the battery of the notebook. It took quite a while and i almost fell asleep. After it was done, i packed up everything and went to sleep immediately. I think i was too tired as i woke up too early and went to too many places. All my energy were used up. HEHE!

And... That's the end of my adventure today. XD
